The Intersect Project

The Intersect Project is an initiative to make serving in the community simple for attendees of Browns Bridge Church, Buckhead Church, North Point Community Church, and Watermarke Church. Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through serving in our community. To this end, we partner with exemplary nonprofits in our local areas to provide volunteer opportunities. Our hope is that as people participate in these projects, they will start to see service as a lifestyle rather than an event.

We recognize there are many different types of needs in our community. However, in order to maximize our impact, we have chosen to narrow the scope of our efforts. We've decided to focus on helping the homeless or near-homeless and at-risk children.

We have designed the Intersect Project as a tool to create a community where people experience the life of Christ by giving their lives away. We support nonprofits in our community by providing volunteers. We seek to live out the biblical imperatives to serve the hungry, the sick, and others in need. We want life change. We believe that by exercising the privilege of interacting with and serving the poor, we are all changed. We want you to join us!
