The Intersect Project

The Intersect Project is an initiative to make serving in the community simple for attendees at Browns Bridge Community Church, Buckhead Church, North Point Community Church, and Watermarke Church. Our mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through serving in our community. To this end, we partner with exemplary nonprofits in the area to provide volunteer opportunities, large and small. Our hope is that as people participate in these projects, they will start to see service as less of an event and more of a lifestyle.

We recognize there are many different types of needs in our community. However, in order to maximize our impact, we have chosen to narrow the scope of our efforts. So, we've decided to focus our efforts on helping the homeless or near homeless and children at risk.

We want to use the Intersect Project as a tool to create a community where people experience the life of Christ by giving their lives away. We want to support nonprofits in our community with volunteers. We want to live out the Biblical imperatives to serve the hungry, the sick, and others in need. We want life change. We believe that by exercising the privilege of interacting with and serving the poor all of us are changed. And we want you to join us!
