Atlanta Community Ministries (ACM) is a volunteer-oriented, Christian ministry that seeks to meet both human needs and effect significant spiritual change in our community. They work with the interests, gifts, and abilities of volunteers-both individuals and through churches-and offer numerous ways for them to become more externally focused. Their intent is to get people "out of their seats and into the streets" in ways which change the lives of both those serving and those being served. Each year, ACM helps mobilize over 4,000 volunteers, touching 40,000 individuals in the metro area.
ACM is the Intersect Project's founding partner. They work to help Buckhead Church maintain relationships with our current community partners, to vet new potential community partners, and to aid in the administrative functions of the Intersect Project. Their work on behalf of Buckhead Church is integral in the implementation and health of the Intersect Project.
